What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, mobile number, email, and your answers (wedding date, budget, guests, style, size).
- Your appointment: the time you book and the calendar you book on.
- How you got here: the page address, ad tags in the link (such as utm and click ids from Meta, TikTok or Google), your device type and browser.
How we use it
- To book, confirm and prepare your appointment, and to contact you about it.
- To check that a phone number or email can be reached, so your confirmation arrives.
- To see which ads and pages work, so we spend less on ads that don't.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run this site and our bookings for us: Cloudflare (hosting), LeadConnector / GoHighLevel (booking calendar and client messages), Twilio and ZeroBounce (number and email checks).
- Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) to measure our ads, unless you opt out. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Text messages
If you check the text box, we may text you appointment reminders and offers. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of purchase.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of sharing for ads. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your appointment, your order and our records.
